Size of 3 dimensional pieces is subject to approval. FRAMING: Frames must be in good condition (no scratches or defects). Paintings must be wired for hanging. Please have the wire 3”- 4” from the top, tight, preferably with flat ring hangers. Saw-tooth hangers not acceptable with exception of photography on metal. Artwork may be rejected due to improper framing, damage, or frame quality. ELIGIBLE WORK: All work should be original in any media. This includes, (but not limited to), oil, acrylic, watercolor, pastel, pencil, charcoal, mixed media, photography, glass, sculpture and 3D. Work not shown at previous sponsored RFA events. Non-original class work, gicless or prints are not acceptable. LIABILITY: We do suggest you carry separate insurance on your art work. All reasonable care will be taken in handling art work, however our officers, staff and volunteers will not be responsible for loss or damage to paintings or art works. SALES: Rocklin Fine Art will keep a 10% commission on all sales based on price listed. Artists are responsible to pay sales tax. A 5% fee charged for all credit card sales.
